20. REGLAMENTACIÓN LOCAL LOCAL REGULATIONS

Se requiere permiso previo para vuelos internacionales.

Prohibidos vuelos civiles dentro del siguiente horario:

V: 0615-1300.

I: 0715-1400.

excepto sábados, festivos, Semana Santa y los períodos del 15 de julio al 1

de septiembre y del 22 de diciembre al 9 de enero.

No se autorizará a ninguna aeronave civil (IFR/VFR) a efectuar prácticas de

aproximaciones o tomas y despegues. Unicamente se autorizará la toma final

y siempre que se tenga aprobado un plan de vuelo con destino LELC.

Prohibidas las operaciones de arrastre de pancartas.

PROCEDIMIENTOS GENERALES DE RODAJE

1. GENERALIDADES

A. Todos los movimientos en superficie de aeronaves, aeronaves

remolcadas, personas y vehículos en el área de maniobras están sujetos a

autorización previa ATC.

B. A excepción de los vehículos de salvamento y extinción de incendios, en

el desarrollo de sus funciones específicas, todos los movimientos en

superficie de aeronaves, aeronaves remolcadas, personas y vehículos en

el área de movimientos están sujetas a la Normativa de Seguridad en

Plataforma (NSP).

C. Evitar colisiones con otras aeronaves u obstáculos es responsabilidad de:

- los pilotos, durante el rodaje, entrada y salida del estacionamiento.

- las compañías handling durante la maniobra de retroceso remolcado.

2. MOVIMIENTO EN SUPERFICIE

A. Las maniobras de salida de los puestos 1 a 6 deberán realizarse mediante

retroceso remolcado y se realizarán, salvo indicación de TWR, aproando a

la cabecera en uso.

B. Las maniobras de salida del puesto 7 serán autónomas y se realizarán

empleando en el arranque la mínima potencia posible y de forma que, al

realizar el viraje, no se sobrepase la potencia de ralentí (idle).

2.1 Aeronaves Llegada.

A. Para las operaciones de entrada en la plataforma de estacionamiento, las

aeronaves esperarán la presencia del vehículo "SÍGAME".

B. El rodaje de entrada a plataforma y el estacionamiento se realizará siempre

acompañado por el vehículo "SÍGAME".

2.2 Aeronaves de Salida.

Puesta en marcha de motores/turbina y maniobras de retroceso.

A. Los pilotos solicitarán, a TWR, permiso para poner en marcha los

motores/turbinas en la frecuencia correspondiente de Murcia GMC.

B. Al solicitar puesta en marcha los pilotos notificarán a TWR el indicativo

completo de la aeronave y el puesto de estacionamiento que ocupan.

C. La maniobra de retroceso remolcado y puesta en marcha no podrá superar los

10 minutos desde el momento en el que se recibe la autorización de TWR.

D. El permiso se expedirá tan pronto se solicite, a menos que se prevean

demoras superiores a 15 minutos, en cuyo caso el ATC le indicará a la

aeronave que mantenga posición y la hora en la que se pueden efectuar

las maniobras de puesta en marcha y retroceso remolcado.

E. El tiempo transcurrido entre la terminación del retroceso remolcado y el

inicio del rodaje debe ser como máximo de 2 minutos. Pasado este tiempo

y si existiese algún problema o avería que impidiese el rodaje, el piloto

deberá comunicarlo a TWR y requerir que el agente handling remolque el

avión a un estacionamiento y así desalojar la calle de rodaje en plataforma.

STANDARD TAXIING PROCEDURES

1. GENERAL

A. All surface movements of aircraft, towed aircraft, personnel and vehicles

on the manoeuvring area are subject to previous ATC clearance.

B. Except for rescue and fire fighting vehicles on the accomplishment of their

specific missions, all surface movements of aircraft, towed aircraft,

personnel and vehicles on the movement area are subject to Apron Safety

Guidelines.

C. Collision avoidance with other aircraft or obstacles is responsibility of:

- pilots, when taxiing, entering and exiting to/from the stand.

- handling companies during push-back manoeuvre.

2. GROUND MOVEMENT

A. Exit manoeuvres of parking stands 1 to 6 shall compulsory be carried out

by towed push-back and, unless otherwise advised by TWR, with nose in

towards the start of the runway in use.

B. Manoeuvres in parking position 7 will be autonomous and will be carried

out at minimum possible regime in the start-up of engines and not higher

than idle regime in the turn.

2.1 Arriving aircraft.

A. For entering stand apron, aircraft will wait the FOLLOW-ME vehicle.

B. Taxiing in apron and the standing will always be with the FOLLOW-ME

vehicle.

2.2 Departure aircraft.

Start-up of engines/turbines and push-back manoeuvres.

A. Pilots will request, to TWR, clearance to start-up engines/turbines on the

appropriate frequency of Murcia GMC.

B. On requesting engine start-up clearance to TWR, pilots will report the

complete aircraft call sign and parking position occupied.

C. Push-back manoeuvre and start-up on engines, must be ready in less than

10 minutes from TWR clearance.

D. Clearances will be issued as soon as requested. When delays are

expected to exceed 15 minutes ATC will report to hold position and will

provide with the appropriate engine start-up and pushback time.

E. The time between the end of push-back manoeuvre and the beginning of

taxiing must be 2 minutes maximum. After this period and if any problem

or failure could exist preventing the taxiing, pilot must report it to TWR and

will request to the handling agent to tow the aircraft to a parking position

in order to vacate the taxiway on apron.
